Mario is a prolific scientist and award-winning author who have studied the interactions between matter and energy for over four decades. Always interested in developing new models and theories that help people understand complex problems, he has established scientific concepts and models to help people comprehend them better. He has two patents registered in Portugal and the United States, conducted regular research and done experiments, drawn conclusions for complex problems.
He is also an author, whose writings have resulted in two patented technologies. The Trihybrid Quantum Nanotech on the continuous regime for water synthesis, power generation and carbon capture/recycling anywhere; and The Aerobic Bespoke Poly-hybrid markets with 4 interactive valences as Social Economy, Digital Economy, Circular Economy, and Climate Economy.
For over 20 years, he has pioneered innovative approaches to solving problems. As a physicist and author, he has a deep understanding of physics, math and engineering. His skills include adaptability, organization, eloquence and analysing complex problems. He is also an effective communicator with computer systems, software and is adept at original thinking.
He has expertise in performing analysis of hypotheses and idea development, employing mathematical modelling methods and computational methods, designing research plans and carrying out and managing research.

Armando is a mechanical engineer with over 30 years of experience in construction project management and supervision. His strong grasp of mathematics and science, combined with years’ worth of experience in research, designing and delivering solutions to complicated problems enables him to solve complex problems quickly. His previous experience includes working on various projects such as Petrochemical Refinery, Offshore Oil Platform and Lethal Chemical Plant, Wind Power Generation, Solid Waste Recycling and Wastewater Treatment Plants.
As a Technical and commercial manager for the international market in Europe and Africa, he has been working at Potable and Waste Water Treatment Plants since July 2009. He was also a Portuguese representative for Sogea-Satom and VincHeEnvironnement from 1993 to 2007 where he assisted in the manufacture of Five plants: Vale do Ave Composting Plant in Guimarães, Ermesinde Wastewater Treatment Plant in Valongo, Cova da Beira Composting Plant close to Covilhã, Freixo Wastewater Treatment Plant in Porto and Frielas Wastewater Treatment Plant close to Lisbon.
He has expertise in power engineering and power electronics, microelectronics, digital logic design. He is able to use his incredible attention to detail; innovative thinking and critical thinking skills to assist any business or organization achieve their goals.
He is a technology consultant who offers his services of projecting, testing and budget management to tech businesses. He collaborates with tech departments at different organizations such as universities, corporations and government agencies.

He is a visionary and passionate leader who has served on the boards of some companies in the Southern African countries from concept to actualization with passion-driven capability that achieve goal-oriented results. He is a proven strategic thinker, who supports key initiatives that support organizational development and growth to increase revenue and profitability.
He is the founder and CEO of McKelvin Group South Africa, Sustainable Energy & Water Solutions Organisation, and Kcyl Global Service Limited; He is also the Southern African Regent of a multinational organisation.
